Only the photographs selected by the client will be edited and delivered in digital format in both high and low resolution. RAW files will not be delivered.

The delivered photographs include editing to correct lighting, color, perspective, and some minor retouching. Any additional retouching will be quoted separately at the appropriate time.

2 to 3 days after the photo shoot, a gallery with unedited photos will be sent so the client can choose the ones they want.

Editing, depending on the number of photos, will take approximately 7 to 15 business days. At this point, the client will receive the gallery again to review the photos and either approve them or request corrections. Once the final photos are approved, the total amount due will be sent.

Upon receipt of full payment confirmation, a link to download the photos will be sent. It is the client’s responsibility to download and store them.

It is the client’s responsibility to obtain all necessary authorizations to ensure the photographs can be taken without obstacles or violations of trademarks or copyrights.

The site must be ready and clean before the session begins. Any costs or delays caused will be added to the final invoice.

The client may not distribute and/or sell the photographs to a third party under any circumstances.
